College transition could mean a lot of things; the reality for many of our youth in foster care is that the process is challenging and confusing. A2HE Extreme Registration is an annual event that bridges college-bound seniors in foster care to local community colleges. That includes Fresno City College, Clovis Community College, Reedley College, Oakhurst Community College Center, and Madera Community College Center.
